There's always a need (for 80% students) to practice more Reading Comp sections.The thick workbooks (Peterson, Kaplan, Princeton) is not enough!This one's a lot better than the Barron's one and the Dummie's Reading Comp sections!
The book has good practice materials although some of the contents are easier than the actual test according to my child because she already took the SSAT test once. She did not do well on the reading part of the test because it was very hard in constraint time. I bought this book for her to practice in order to retake the test and the questions and format are similar to the real test.
Questions difficult are similar to that of the real Ssat test. Perfect for anyone who is searching for some ẽctra reading pratice

Suggest to add analytical tools to show the strength and weakness to target specific area to focus. Overall these test are much like real test.
I bought both the UL and ML books from the same publisher thinking I was getting two sets of reading practice books, but the books are essentially the same. I paid twice for the same book, but at least it was inexpensive. Furthermore, a lot of the passages are poorly written.
