Tells a lot of nice facts that I did not know, like a disadvantage of edibles is the 2 hour wait for effects to occur. Anyone looking to make and or look into the benefits of cannibis oil and edibles, I would strongly suggest picking this book up. It also goes into the difference between thc and cannabis oil which have wondered for quite awhile. But I think the most important part of this book is how to pick out the cannbis oil, including not falling for cbd scams. Which I found the most helpful. If you were opening a dispensary or just wanted to make some edibles for you and your family, I strongly suggest you get this pick for only 4 dollars, the book more than paid for itself.
